Overview
Here are the major changes to how you manage your business profile. Whether you're working on a desktop or mobile app, here's what you need to know.
Desktop Management
If you're one who manages your business profile on your desktop, you now have three options.
Google Business Profile. This option has not changed. This is the same dashboard that you have been using since Google updated from the old "Google my Business" platform.
Google Maps & Google Search. These options are newer and are throwing people for a loop. They are simple to use though.
Google Maps
Go to Google Maps and search for your business.
Click "Manage your Business Profile".
This will pop open your business information where you can make edits.

Google Search
Go to Google.com and search for your business.
Click either "edit profile" or "edit your business information".
This will pop open your business information where you can make edits.

Mobile Management

If you are someone who manages their business from your phone, things have changed most for you. Google has removed its business app from the Android Play Store and Apple Apps. Here are your new options.
Google Maps app
Launch the app on your mobile device.
Search for your business.
Once you've found your business, scroll down.
Click "edit profile" in the bottom left.
This will pop open your business information where you can make edits.

Search for your business on Google.
Once you've found your business click "edit profile".
This will pop open your business information where you can make edits.
